Axial rod ends are designed to support axial loads and combined radial and axial loads. This specific model includes a combination of steel/FRP PTFE sliding contact surface that requires no maintenance. However, relubrication, which can be applied to both sides, can extend the bearing's service life.

These EBS rod ends contain a spherical ball joint with a combination of steel/bronze sliding contact surface and are also
manufactured from sintered PTFE, requiring no maintenance when used.

APPLICATION AREAS

Rotating terminal with long internal and external threads, suitable for
mounting on pneumatic cylinders, industrial machine levers, for 
packaging, wrapping, and all movements where it is necessary to
ensure the correct alignment of the structures.

CHARACTERISTICS

The outer body is made of stamped C45 steel, while the inner part 
is made of brass and chrome-plated steel. They have long internal
and external threads, suitable for a wide range of center distance
adjustments.

Supplied with zinc galvanizing treatment.

APPLICATION AREAS

Robust ball joint for the production of

hydraulic cylinders, particularly suitable for welding to the back of the

hydraulic cylinder due to its flattened shape. The ball joint is removable.

Available to order with left-hand thread (product code SIHL..DO) and anti-corrosion surface treatments such as zinc plating, phosphating or nickel plating. We can supply terminals with 2RS protective gaskets.

Steel/Steel, requires regular lubrication. Inside the end of the rod

CHARACTERISTICS

Produced in C45 steel. Stamped up to a diameter of 100 mm; from a diameter of 110 mm, it is obtained from EN-GJS-400-15 nodular cast iron. Upon request, they can be supplied with left-hand thread (product code GIHL..KDO) and anti-corrosion surface treatment, such as: zinc plating, phosphating and nickel plating.


COUPLING

Steel/Steel for regular lubrication. Manufactured in accordance with

DIN 24338 – ISO 6982 – ISO 8132 standards, with GE..LO ball joint assembled according to ISO 12240-1, secured with snap rings. Grooved shaft to allow fastening by means of hexagonal bolts according to DIN 912 class 12.9. Equipped with a 20 mm diameter grease nipple for lubrication.

Steel/Steel, requires regular lubrication. Manufactured according to

DIN 24555 – ISO 8133, with GE..DO ball joint according to ISO12240-1, secured by caulking. Grooved shaft to allow fastening by means of hexagonal bolts according to DIN 912 class 12.9. Equipped with a grease nipple for lubrication with a diameter of 16 mm.
